Affectionately known as “Benz Gor,” Hui Siu-hung passed away on October 28 at the age of 76; his close friend Fung Shui-fan also passed away on October 31 at the age of 81. As November 4 marked Hui Siu-hung’s memorial day, his daughter Hui Wai-ching posted in remembrance of her father on social media.

On IG, Hui Wai-ching shared a childhood photo with her father Hui Siu-hung, leaving the message: “Dad... today is your memorial day, these past few days feel surreal. I hope you are now free and at ease to go wherever you need to; I’ll just imagine you’ve gone to work. I am also so grateful, not only for the love and support from family and friends for our family, but also for the condolences from so many people I have never met. Please forgive me for not being able to thank each of you individually, but every concern and thought is deeply remembered. All of Dad’s social media platforms will remain, so we can continue sharing his moments with everyone, continuing the spirit of ‘happiness’.”
