(Miri, 13th) The Miri Police Commercial Crime Investigation Unit and the Miri City Council have joined forces to remove banners, stickers, and billboards suspected of unlicensed lending around Miri.
This operation was carried out yesterday from 9 am to 3 pm, during which the police seized multiple advertisements suspected of unlicensed lending, involving 23 different phone numbers.
The police advise the public not to engage in any unlicensed or fraudulent lending activities. Information related to commercial crimes can be provided to the police through the Miri Intellectual Property Office Operations Room at 085-432533.
On the other hand, the Miri City Council removed 193 related advertisements in various areas during an operation held on the 11th of this month.
