"Joyful New Chapter, Radiant SMK Chung Hua Miri" School Concert - To be held from April 25 to 27

(Miri, 8th) SMK Chung Hua Miri School Concert will be held from April 25 to April 27, 2025, for three consecutive days at the Datuk Lee Teck Fook Auditorium, SMK Chung Hua Miri. The theme for this year’s annual entertainment gala is "Joyful New Chapter, Radiant SMK Chung Hua Miri."

This year marks the 28th year of the SMK Chung Hua Miri entertainment gala. Centered around the annual theme "Joyful New Chapter, Radiant SMK Chung Hua Miri," students are fully engaged, meticulously planning to present an unprecedented audiovisual feast on stage. The entire event features a novel arrangement of diverse programs, showcasing the confidence and vitality of modern high school students, symbolizing SMK Chung Hua Miri’s entry into a new phase and embracing a bright future.

The preparation for this event has been in full swing since February. Various small groups have collaborated to strive for perfection. Under the guidance of teachers, all performing students have rehearsed diligently, aiming for excellence by integrating traditional culture with modern artistic elements to present their best to the public.

The gala boasts a rich and varied program, including singing, dancing, drama, instrumental performances, martial arts, Chinese music, flag performances, the 24 Festive Drums, and marching bands, showcasing the diverse talents of SMK Chung Hua Miri students.

Principal Lai Jia Ling expressed that the entertainment gala is not only an annual campus event but also an important platform for students to showcase their creativity and team spirit. This year's theme "Joyful New Chapter, Radiant SMK Chung Hua Miri" signifies innovation in tradition and sparking progress among teachers and students.

She stated that SMK Chung Hua Miri students have always adhered to the school motto, "Strive for Perfection," constantly pushing beyond their limits in pursuit of excellence.

She calls upon citizens, parents, and alumni to enthusiastically purchase tickets to show substantial support for the students. She believes that this gala will provide an unforgettable artistic experience and a vivid demonstration of the alma mater's spirit.

April 25 (Friday): 10 MYR, 20 MYR, 30 MYR;
April 26 (Saturday): 25 MYR, 35 MYR, 50 MYR;
April 27 (Sunday): 10 MYR, 20 MYR, 30 MYR.
