Wang Leehom revealed at a benefit show on January 1st last year that he had retrieved the film reels of "Love Announcement" from storage, scanned them all into 4K resolution, and re-edited the film, including scenes that were cut at the time. "It's really completely different, with re-editing, color correction, and all visual effects being redone in Korea," he said, allowing benefit show fans a sneak preview by showing part of the film along with his performance of "All the Things You Never Knew."

A year later, "Sohu Entertainment" revealed that Wang Leehom and Liu Yifei had dinner at a hot pot restaurant recently, staying until midnight. Both were casually dressed, and as they parted, they embraced tightly. Liu Yifei even patted Wang Leehom on the back, with their long-lasting friendship remaining strong.
