Online Shopping Crybaby Encounters Fraud, Huang Ruo Xi Angrily Posts Account and Calls Out Seller

Recently obsessed with the super popular trendy toy “Crybaby,” Malaysian star Huang Ruo Xi (Ribbon) didn’t expect to be scammed during online shopping. She angrily detailed the scam experience in the temporary dynamic of her social media platform, and even publicly shared the seller’s name and bank account, stating “Wise all my life, foolish for a moment”!

Huang Ruo Xi posted on her social media on the 9th, revealing her scam experience. She disclosed that she has been recently obsessed with Crybaby, and earlier bought a Valentine’s series Cherry Plush. She then wanted to buy more for her friends. It so happened that she saw someone selling it online, so she contacted the person and found that the seller was willing to transfer it at the original price, which excited her, and she completed the transfer without hesitation on the same day.

However, she was careless and didn’t even ask for the seller’s name and phone number, relying only on the promise that she would be notified upon shipment and provided with shipping evidence. Unexpectedly, after 4 days passed without receiving any message, she started to become suspicious and hurriedly sent a private message to inquire.

Huang Ruo Xi stated that initially, she left a message under the seller’s post along with a transfer record. The seller then replied that “it has been sent but forgot to provide the receipt due to being busy.” However, she waited a whole night and still hadn't received any response. In the following two days, she made repeated attempts to contact the seller, only to find that the seller had directly deleted the Crybaby and Labubu sales posts.

“The only evidence I have now is the bank transfer record.” Facing this situation, Huang Ruo Xi did not hesitate to directly call out, hoping the seller would quickly ship the product or refund, otherwise, she will take legal action. She also revealed that she originally intended to meet in person, but the seller claimed to be in Ipoh, “However, it now seems that this statement might also be false.”

Although the loss was not significant, Huang Ruo Xi still criticized: “Scamming money like this is truly shameful, and I hope I am the only one, and also the last person to be scammed!”
