(Miri, 15th) In conjunction with the 2025 Dayak Festival celebrations, the Iban Community Leader Association of Miri Division today donated 10 tables and 50 chairs worth RM4,100 to the Sunflower Special Needs Rehabilitation Center in Miri, as a tangible action to support the center's daily operations and the welfare of its trainees.

He noted that Miri has many non-governmental organizations actively cooperating with government policies, voluntarily assisting vulnerable groups, and this spirit is commendable and worth promoting.

He emphasized that caring for society should not be limited to any ethnic, religious, or cultural background but should transcend racial and faith boundaries to create a more harmonious and inclusive social environment.

Galong anak Luang also called on the public, whether during the Dayak Festival or other celebrations, to share the joy and blessings of the holidays with those in need, filling society with love and warmth.

He believes that with the involvement of more community forces, as long as everyone works together and continues to promote the spirit of mutual help and love, Miri will move towards a warmer, more inclusive, and progressive future.
