Gan Brother’s Workshop Sdn Bhd Service & Parts Centre grand opening.
Company Executive Director Willaim Gan expressed in his speech at the opening ceremony that the grand opening of the service and parts center established by the workshop is a significant milestone in the company's history.
“Our story began in 1982, founded by my father Mr. Gan Siaw Khiong . In the early days, the workshop operated on rented land with only two employees. My father’s unwavering dedication and hard work saw him commuting daily for decades between our inland home in labii and the workshop round trip of one and a half hours, never deterred from his persistence to develop the workshop. Finally, in 1997, he secured the first piece of land, laying the foundation for the workshop. He led us in the importance of serving our clients and community with excellence and integrity, striving to provide the best service and experience to anyone who walks through the workshop’s doors.
He also thanked the suppliers for their unwavering support and collaboration. The reliability of high-quality products and services enables us to provide superior service to our clients.
“Loyal customers are the core of our business. Your trust and patronage are the driving force behind our success. Without your support, we would not have achieved today’s accomplishments. We are very grateful for your continued support and are committed to exceeding your expectations in the coming years.”
He thanked the Brunei Economic Development Board for their support. They provided the opportunity to secure land for the workshop, which has become the foundation of the workshop’s new venture. The Board’s commitment to nurturing local businesses is invaluable to many others in the community.
He also expressed profound gratitude for Mr. Ong Chek Thiam steadfast support and invaluable advice. His guidance has been the cornerstone of development, and his dedication has propelled the workshop towards success.
“In line with Brunei’s Vision 2035, the workshop is committed to maintaining market competitiveness and contributing to the development of the local workforce. By investing in local talent and creating a vibrant work environment, it aims to support the nation’s goal of achieving a highly skilled and well-educated population.”
