(Bandar Seri Begawan, 19th) The certificate presentation ceremony for the Malay Traditional Massage Workshop was held at the DM Hall in Sengkurong, Brunei, on August 9, 2026 (Sunday), with a total of 55 trainees participating.
The co-chairpersons of the organizing committee, Pg Jasrin and Latifah, attended the event.
The Level One Massage Course aims to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge of Malay traditional massage, as well as to cultivate trainees’ skills in Malay traditional massage.
The guest presenting certificates to the 9 male trainees was Member of Parliament Mohammad Ali, while the certificates for the 46 female trainees were presented by Mariam, the founder of the Malay Traditional Massage Association (WA).
Participants in this workshop included individual trainees, as well as 12 members and clients from the Community Welfare Committee (MKM).
